Rip & print

With RIP&Print, WhiteRIP drastically cuts elaboration times. Rather than waiting for the entire graphic to process before sending it to the printer, RIP&Print processes the graphic in blocks and sends the data as soon as each block is ready, saving time

Whitebase

WhiteRIP automatically generates custom white base layers or allows you to load your own. It optimizes this layer for different media colors, enhancing prints on colored backgrounds like black T-shirts without underlaying black pixels.

Ink Save

Advanced algorithms allow the software to reduce the ink quantity when it will not change the print result. This translates in lower costs for your prints and thus a bigger profit.

Template

We revised the main feature of WhiteRIP to increase its functionality. With WhiteRIP 8 you can work on more template at once and the template creation wizard it’s more simple.

Spot channel special effects

WhiteRIP now offers the possibility to add patterns to enrich the prints with 3D or paint effects automatically generated by the software.

Special channels generation

This feature enhances the synergy between digital and screen printing by generating and exporting channels from the RIP for screen creation, considering choke and optimizations. Virtual Dithering simplifies preparation, facilitating CMYK digital printing and screen frame creation for special colors.

Inline printing

Inline print mode enables simultaneous white and color printing without mixing, yielding brighter colors and matching dual-pass quality without the need for a second print, thus eliminating reload and alignment issues. WhiteRIP 8 allows for partial head mixing to boost print speed without impacting quality.

Creation of labels

You can add text and numbers directly from the template with this feature, with the ability to customize its appearance.

Group and manage multiple jobs

You can now group multiple items into a single process with the new print queue management, simplifying job management. You can export the group as a single object from the print queue.

Hotfolder

The Hotfolder function swiftly integrates WhiteRIP with digital printing in automated workflows, monitoring new images to process and print, and attaching XML parameters like size and position.

Masks and channels from PSD

With WhiteRIP you can create the mask and channels on the same file as the graphic, WhiteRIP will automatically recognize them. This will help you save time and simplify the files organization.

On WhiteRIP was always possible to load a mask file for white or gloss, now with WhiteRIP you can create the mask and channels on the same file as the graphic, WhiteRIP will automatically recognize them.

Patch Creator

Get a specific color is easy with this tool. You select your print size and how bigger you want the patches then the rip automatically create them starting form the color you choosed. You can print them and pick up the CMYK or RGB value of the color that you like the most..

Layout saving

WhiteRIP allows loading multiple graphics on a template for simultaneous printing. The Layout Save function captures the template, graphics, and settings for easy future edits or reprints without manual saves, streamlining workflow.

Resample algorithms

WhiteRIP offers many advanced algorithms for resizing images, such as Lanczos, CathmullRom, and Gaussian. Customize each algorithm based on the image’s specific characteristics.

Auto mirroring

WhiteRIP simplifies workflows by automatically mirroring images during printing, allowing you to focus on organizing graphics without extra steps. Simply press “Print,” and WhiteRIP handles the rest seamlessly.

Color bar generator

Generates a colored bar on the side of the image keeping the channels always active and ready for printing. Both the width and the position of the bar are configurable from the template.

Color replacement up to 32 spots

An advanced color replacement system allows you to print pdfs with up to 32 advanced spot colors for high accuracy of spot colors in print.

White over color

WhiteRIP DTF will automatically print the colors first and then the white level.

Color optimize
