What are the payment methods and pricing options?

Prices are listed in EURO, and we accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. These payment and pricing methods offer security, guarantees, and ease of use. Please note that prices are subject to change at any time.

What is your refund policy?

Digital product purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. However, we encourage users to try the trial version before making a purchase to ensure the product meets their needs.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, contact our customer support team via our support system or email refund@whiterip.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days once approved.

Are there any exceptions to the refund policy?

The upgrade package and the update and support subscription package are non-refundable and cannot be returned after purchase. Please review your needs carefully before purchasing these packages.

Refunds will not be granted for purchases made beyond the 14-day period or if there has been significant use of the product beyond initial evaluation.

Do you offer volume discounts for bulk purchases?

Yes, we do. Please contact us by emailing sales@whiterip.com and specify whether you are a reseller or an end customer, along with the quantity you are interested in.

Are taxes included in the pricing?

No, taxes are excluded from the listed prices.

Are there any hidden fees or charges?

No, there are no hidden fees or charges. The prices listed on our site are final.

Do you offer any free trials or demos for add-ons?

No, it is not possible to try the add-ons in the trial version. They are only available in the purchased version. However, after purchasing, you have a 14-day period in which you can request a refund.

Are there any penalties for late payments or failed transactions?

No, there are no penalties. If payment fails, you simply will not be able to use the software until the payment is resolved.

I am exempt from paying VAT, but in checkout, the VAT amount is not set to zero.

To have the VAT removed during checkout, your taxpayer identification number (VAT) must be provided in the appropriate field in the billing address section.
If VAT is still being applied despite entering your information, it may not have been automatically recognized by the VIES system, or you may reside in Italy. If you encounter any problems, please leave the field filled in and note this in the comments section. We will conduct further checks and, if necessary, proceed with a VAT refund.
