1. Products Offered
- Our website exclusively offers digital products, categorized into three main types: base software and add-ons. Add-ons are functional only if the user possesses a valid license for the base software.
2. License Usage and Subscription Options
Our digital products are offered under two types of licenses: a subscription-based license and a one-time license.
2.1 Subscription-Based License
- License Terms: This license requires a time subscription and is granted for personal or professional use only. It is non-transferable.
- Device Usage: You may install the software on multiple devices, but it can only be active on one device at a time.
- Minimum Subscription Period: The minimum commitment is equal to the duration of your first payment term. For example, if you choose a monthly subscription, the minimum period is one month.
- Renewal and Access: If the subscription is not renewed, you will automatically lose access to the software and its add-ons.
- Revocation Clause: All licenses are subject to revocation in cases of illegal use.
2.2 One-Time (Lifetime) License
- License Terms: This license allows you to use the software indefinitely for the specific version purchased. It does not include access to future versions.
- Hardware Key Requirement: Use of this license requires the possession and physical connection of a hardware key, called the “HASP KEY”. The key will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase and must remain connected to the computer on which the software is used.
- Device Usage and Transferability:
- Device Usage: The license is tied to the hardware key, allowing activation on any compatible computer as long as the key is connected.
- Transferability: The license is transferable along with the hardware key. Ownership of the license follows the possession of the hardware key, meaning that if you transfer the key to another person, the license transfers with it.
- Revocation Clause: The license is non-transferable and is subject to revocation in cases of illegal use.
- Loss or Damage of Hardware Key: In the event of loss or damage to the hardware key, you will need to purchase a new license, as replacements or duplicates will not be issued.
- Warranty and Replacement: The hardware key is covered by a one-year warranty for defects not attributable to misuse. Defective keys will be replaced free of charge upon return of the faulty key. For replacements outside of the warranty period, or in cases of damage due to misuse, a replacement fee will apply.
2.3 Upgrade and Support Packages
The store offers two special packages for existing users:
- Upgrade Package: This package allows users with older versions of our software to upgrade to the latest version. A valid base software license is required to purchase and use the upgrade package.
- Update and Support Subscription: This annual subscription provides ongoing updates and customer support. The package renews every year unless canceled, but the user may cancel auto-renewal anytime through their account settings.
Refund and Return Policy: Both the upgrade and update/support packages are final sales. They are non-refundable and cannot be returned after purchase.
3. Internet Connection and System Requirements
- An active internet connection is required to use the software and its add-ons. The software needs to connect to our servers for license verification and to ensure that the subscription is active. Without an internet connection, the software may not function properly.
- Note: For the one-time license, an internet connection may still be required for initial activation and once a time for anti-piracy controls, also to download updates during the first year.
- Additionally, the software is only compatible with Windows 11 and 10, both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. We do not provide support for virtualized environments and strongly discourage their use.
4. Trial Version
- A trial version of the base software is available, identical to the paid version but with a watermark. The trial version has no time limits or restrictions on use and is available to all users. We strongly recommend trying the trial version to evaluate the product before making a purchase.
5. Subscription Renewal
- All subscriptions are set to auto-renew. Users can manage their subscription preferences from their account settings. If the auto-renewal process fails, users can manually renew their subscription. However, if the subscription is not renewed within 5 days after the end date, the license will be automatically deactivated. During this time we will try to contact you to notify you of the impending deactivation.

6. Pricing and Payment
- All product prices are listed in EURO. Payments must be made through the accepted payment methods on our website, which include Stripe and PayPal. These payment processors provide various security benefits, guarantees, and ease of use. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply upon renewal.
7. Privacy and Data Handling
- User data is processed during the use of the software in compliance with privacy regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is not shared without consent, except as required by law. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Software Updates
- Software updates are always included in the subscription and are included for the first year in the one-time license (also known as the “Hasp license”). Updates are notified through the application and require manual action by the user to be installed. This ensures users have control over when and how updates are applied.
- After the initial year, updates for one-time license holders are available only through a separate update package or the annual update and support subscription.
9. Refund and Returns Policy
- Digital product purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. However, we recommend using the trial version before purchasing.
- In the case of Hasp license refunds, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Upon receiving and verifying the returned hardware key, we will refund the price of the software minus the initial shipping cost.
10. Requesting a Refund
- To request a refund, users must contact our customer support team via our support sistem or write to refund@whiterip.com within 14 days of purchase. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request has been approved.
11. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Refund requests will not be accepted for:
- Products purchased beyond the 14-day period.
- The upgrade package and the update and support subscription package, which are non-refundable.
If significant use of the purchased product beyond initial evaluation is detected, we reserve the right to decline a refund request.
12. Subscription Cancellation
- Users can cancel their subscription’s auto-renewal at any time from their account settings. However, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, and no refunds will be provided for any time remaining on the subscription.
13. Customer Support
- Support is included with the subscription and is provided exclusively through our ticketing system on support.whiterip.com or via email. The maximum response time is 72 hours, with an average response time of 2 hours during business hours.
- Our support team is located in Italy (CET), and business hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET.
14. Governing Law and Language
- These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. The official language of these Terms of Sale and Conditions is English.
